I was pleased with functional room, which was complete with good bathroom as well as comfortable bed. Good location, Edinburgh airport was 25 km away.

This was my REALLY REALLY NICE stay for the price. The place was clean, functional rooms. Plenty of good food, I loved it. The location was particularly good and ideal as it was minute away from eateries and bars. Being minute away from a bus stop was a bonus.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful during our stay, even allowing us to check in early. The room we stayed in had a beautiful design and lovely decor, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The bathroom was also very nice. We appreciated the spaciousness of the place. Despite a few minor issues, like a uncomfortable mattress and glitchy TV, we were overall satisfied with our stay at Bala House.
